SeniorPupLife Editorial Team
The SeniorPupLife Editorial Team is a small team of dog lovers who research senior dog care from veterinary sources and write it up in plain language.
We are not veterinarians, and we don't have veterinary credentials. We read what veterinary schools, the AVMA, AAHA, the Merck Veterinary Manual and peer-reviewed studies say, link to those sources in every guide, and try to turn them into clear next steps and better questions for your vet.
None of our guides has been reviewed by a veterinarian. What we publish is general information, not a diagnosis or veterinary advice. Please consult your vet about your own dog, especially for new symptoms, medications, supplements or diet changes. See the editorial and medical-review policy for how guides are made, and the about page for the site's mission. To reach us, use the contact page.
